Self-Advocacy Program

Our president and founder Rachel developed this pilot self-advocacy program for you as a part of her doctoral training. Her hope is that it will be helpful and supportive, increasing your comfort and safety as you continue to work on these essential skills. Her plan is to expand the program and ensure there is free access for those in need. The goal is that expanded access will support more in the chronic illness community living with other chronic health conditions, but we are making the pilot program available for those in our community living with POTS given the feedback received. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to her here if you have questions or concerns.
