Managing POTS Symptoms

Managing symptoms can feel very overwhelming because of how many symptoms individuals with POTS can have.

So where do we start?

We have provided a list of various ways symptoms can be managed, including both non-pharmacological and pharmacological methods, but we must emphasize that what is recommended will need to be decided by your medical team. There is a significant amount of variation within our community, as symptoms can present quite differently; individuals may also have other underlying conditions that can contribute towards symptoms and symptom complexity. This is meant to be used as a guide to inspire conversations between you and your medical team.
