  • Given the importance of sleep for individuals in our community, and how often individuals in our community struggle with their sleep, we view sleep hygiene as an incredibly important non-pharmacological component towards achieving more symptom reduction!

  • When polling our community it was discovered that poor sleep triggered flare-ups for many, so this really is quite important.
